National Restaurant Association Statement on the Protecting the Right to Organize (PRO) Act

Washington, D.C. – National Restaurant Association Executive Vice President for Public Affairs Sean Kennedy  today released the following statement on the introduction of the Protecting the Right to Organize (PRO) Act:

”We continue to encourage Congress to focus on bills that grow and develop our nation’s workforce, which would have a much greater, positive impact on restaurant owners, their team members, and their communities. We are concerned with any proposed legislation, like the PRO Act, that would put limitations on the rights of workers and employers to communicate directly. We look forward to working with Congress on solutions that ensure a thriving restaurant and food service industry throughout the U.S.”
