ProStart®
ProStart® is a nationwide, two-year high school program that reaches approximately 130,000 students in more than 1,700 high schools across 50 states, Guam and the District of Columbia.
From culinary techniques to management skills, ProStart’s industry-driven curriculum provides real-life experience opportunities and builds practical skills and a foundation that will last a lifetime.

HOPES
Putting justice-system involved Individuals on a path to employment and independence.
Using a Community Collaborative Model, the Educational Foundation partners with departments of corrections, community-based support organizations, and state restaurant associations to help adults of all ages with current or previous justice-system involvement find career opportunities in the restaurant, foodservice, and hospitality industry.

Restaurant & Hospitality Leadership Center
Recognizing talent is a skill. So is developing it.
The Educational Foundation’s RHLC provides both new and current restaurant and foodservice employees the opportunity to advance their careers and move into higher paying management positions. Funded by the U.S. Department of Labor, the RHLC training programs give restaurant leaders a pathway to recognize standout employees, both new and current, and give them an opportunity to grow their skills.
