Jordan Heiliczer Joins the National Restaurant Association as Labor & Workforce Policy Director
“As the Labor & Workforce policy director, Jordan will be responsible for shaping and advocating for policies restaurants and their employees need to thrive in communities across the country,” said Aaron Frazier, vice president of Public Policy for the Association. “We couldn’t be happier, or luckier, to have someone with Jordan’s extensive experience developing policy in the hospitality sector joining our team—she will be an invaluable resource in advancing the Association’s policy priorities.”
Prior to joining the association, Heiliczer worked as the senior director of Government and Political Affairs at the Asian American Hotel Owners Association (AAHOA) where she led federal efforts supporting small business advocacy, workforce relations, and COVID-19 response.
Heiliczer is a Chicago native who graduated from the University of Maryland, earning a degree in Government & Politics. Her first job was running the front of the house at a restaurant/caterer and has been passionate about supporting the growth of the restaurant industry ever since.
