From the Dish Room to the Board Room

Standing on a milk crate, arms barely reaching over the sink, washing dishes at 8 years old. That was Lance Trenary’s first job in a restaurant. Today, Lance leads the team at Golden Corral, where he has held virtually every position in the company throughout his 35-year career.
