About the Marketing Executives Group (MEG)

The Marketing Executives Group (MEG) is the signature event for the Marketing Expert Exchange Community, a community of restaurant marketing professionals who are connected 365 days a year and come together every May in Chicago preceding the National Restaurant Association Show. MEG raises the level of industry excellence by connecting, inspiring, teaching and challenging each other through the exchange of ideas, thought leadership and best practices.

Notice of COVID-19 In-Person Events Policy

To protect the health and well-being of our in-person event attendees, guests and staff, the National Restaurant Association, and its affiliated organizations [National Restaurant Association Educational Foundation (NRAEF) and Multicultural Foodservice & Hospitality Alliance (MFHA)] require all attendees to agree and adhere to the Association’s COVID-19 Policy for Chicago events by providing proof of vaccination. You can request and demonstrate a medical or religious exemption by sending your request to vaxexemption@restaurant.org and providing adequate documentation of such medical exemption (such as a note from a medical provider) or religious exemption (such as an attestation of sincerely held religious belief), AND if approved, a negative PCR or Antigen test will be required 72 hours from the start of the event.

National Restaurant Association events are designed specifically for industry professionals who work directly for restaurant and foodservice operations, otherwise known as Operators.

Consultants: If a restaurant or hospitality company outsources all marketing functions/needs or does not have a marketing person on-staff, we will allow a registration on their behalf, but you must include the name of the company you are representing (please note this is strictly enforced and must be a client you currently represent).
