As part of its Centennial anniversary celebration, the National Restaurant Association has teamed up with Unilever Food Services to present “The Next 100 Years: Solutions to Support Your Restaurant,” a discussion on issues critical to the future of our industry.

The event will be held April 24, at Unilever’s headquarters, from 9:30-11:30 a.m. It will focus on one of the biggest challenges the industry faces: workforce development. As the need for effective recruitment and retention methods grows, subject matter experts will present solutions and best practices to help restaurant owners and operators address that challenge. It will include a panel discussion followed by smaller, expert-led breakout sessions on culinary and management issues.
