It is getting down to the wire, but there’s still time to receive 30 percent off when you register for the 2019 National Restaurant Association Restaurant, Hotel-Motel Show®. You can sign up now for $89, but only until April 9.

For 100 years, the National Restaurant Association Show has been the place where you hear it, see it, and taste it first. Join us May 18-21, at McCormick Place in Chicago, for our centennial celebration. You’ll get to see the products and services set to help shape the foodservice industry’s future. Expect to find new and specialized programming, plus new insights and ideas you can apply at your own restaurant.

Here are four highlights you’ll see at this year’s Show:

  1. Signature ’19: On May 19, notable business visionaries will meet Dawn Sweeney, our President & CEO, for a conversation about how they use a steady hand to excel at diplomacy, and how they view the entrepreneurial spirit. Our recent Signature speakers have shared personal experiences and meaningful lessons that transcend industries. This year’s panel of speakers are set to include CEO’s from leading QSR, table-service, grocery, and retail chains who will discuss “The Future of Dining.”

  2. SuperSession: From voice commands to robotics and automation, restaurants are becoming more high-tech. On May 20, join us for a presentation on how consumer-facing and back-of-house innovations are allowing restaurants to incorporate more technology into the dining experience. Panelists will include executives from Domino’s Pizza and SevenRooms, who will share information on trends, technology, and disruptions in the industry.

  3. The Association’s 100th Anniversary Celebration at Tao: Also on May 20, plan on attending the Show’s 100th anniversary party. There will be hot music, some of the best food you’ve ever tasted, and specialty cocktails by the mixologists at Chicago’s Tao restaurant. The restaurant is located inside of a completely restored building constructed in 1892, and is one of Chicago’s most recognizable landmarks today. The finals of the Show’s Star of the Bar® competition, a national contest to identify and crown the country’s best mixologist, will also be on the agenda. All attendees Must be 21+ and a current Show registrant.

  4. World Culinary Showcase: From May 18-21, some of the industry’s most celebrated chefs, like Rick Bayless, Anjula Devi, and Andrew Zimmern, will combine education with entertainment, and share their industry insight, latest menu trends, and mastered skills and techniques.

And here’s a sampling of what’s new, too:

  • The New Culinary Experience Center: From May 18-21, this will be the place to learn applied techniques and the latest culinary trends. You’ll find out about new products that inspire creative and unique dishes, and get insight into what’s next in foodservice from leading industry experts.
  • The New Digital Media Slam: Top brands, like Corner Bakery, White Castle and others, will explain what they are doing to win the marketing battle using digital media best practices.
  • The New Women Leaders Panel: Successful women leaders will talk about the challenges and obstacles they overcame to achieve career success.
