The Faces of Diversity award honors restaurant operators and employees who achieve the American dream in the restaurant industry. We select three winners each year from a small, mid-size and large restaurant operation.

We fly the winners to an awards gala in Washington, D.C. in the spring. The National Restaurant Association Foundation donates a $2,500 scholarship in each winner's name to a promising culinary/hospitality student.
