Just complete a questionnaire for your restaurant. If you own more than one location, please complete a separate survey for as many units as possible. The first part of the survey contains questions you can probably answer with little or no research. The second part covers income & expense data you can lift from your 2008 year-end operating statement. Or you or your accountant can simply send your 12-month statement from 2008 to Deloitte & Touche, our partner in preparing the report, and they’ll import data to the survey for you.

Whether submitted by PDF or online, all data is kept absolutely confidential, and used exclusively by Deloitte & Touche in compiling totals.
