***IN OUR WASHINGTON, DC, OFFICE*** Associate Director, Research & Imperative Support The ideal candidate has eight or more years experience in survey/research; is an experienced project manager; and has experience working with a Federal Agency or Capitol Hill. The Associate Director must have knowledge of survey and research methodologies, economic modeling/revenue scoring and should be familiar with secondary research sources. A Bachelor’s Degree is required; a Master’s in Economics or an MBA is highly desirable. NRAEF - VP, Development Duties include by not limited to: Sets strategy, plans, organizes and manages development function and is accountable for all results. Works with Board, Officers, Committees and executive staff. Identifies new programs that may attract donor support. Establishes and maintains effective relationships with donors. Develops cultivation of targets and tactics. Oversees major gifts and individual gifts strategy. Oversees development of events fundraising. Works with association to design and implement an integrated sponsorship model and strategy. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of ten years of experience leading all aspects of a development function with demonstrated successes of creating and delivering a fundraising strategy and proven solicitation of six-seven figure major gifts. Demonstrated experience identifying and cultivating prospects. Excellent communications and people skills. Proven management and supervisory abilities. Possess a bachelor’s degree, a master’s degree a plus. Experience working in the restaurant/hospitality industry a plus. |
